Faðmandi ætt vár, rísum vér
Shamanic guidance for recovery & belonging.
Mark “Mystisk Ulv” Weisman is a Celtic–Norse practitioner, author, and host/creator.
They call him “Mystisk Ulv,” the wolf who listens at the edge of the fire. He carries the old songs into the bright noise of now, braiding rune and reason, memory and method. He has stood watch in the ice-quiet North and knelt beside hospital beds; he has kept circles through dusk and dawn, hearing the tales that make and unmake a life. From trance-won teachings and the hard grammar of experience, he forges plain tools: breath that anchors, story that rights the helm, ritual that restores dignity. Where myth meets the nervous system, he opens a door—so people remember whose children they are, set the wind to their back, and return to themselves with honor.

Ancestral practice, modern care.
At the fire’s edge, we steady the hands and quiet the storm. I guide individuals, veterans, couples, and families through sober, trauma-aware, Celtic–Norse practice—plain tools for hard moments, dignity restored step by step.
How we work
Start — a brief assessment and clear goals
Stabilize — breath, boundary, and daily ground
Remember — lineage work and ethical ritual
Belong — circle, accountability, and leadership
What to expect
Grounded ritual. Straight talk. Practices you can use this week—in the kitchen, at the job, in the midnight hour.
