Shamanic guidance for recovery, belonging, and emotional sovereignty.
I am Mark “Mystisk Ulv” Weisman, and I do not borrow my power from trends or titles. I carry it in my blood. My name was spoken over me by my Danish great-grandmother, from a lineage rooted in Celtic–Norse ancestry, and I have spent a lifetime walking through the fires of Hel to grow into it. I am not here for spectacle. I am here as a conduit—clean, direct, and uncompromising—from the ancestors and the unseen currents that shape human lives.
Faðmandi ætt vár, rísum vér
Whether you come to me as a reader, a viewer, a producer, a sponsor, a fellow practitioner, a skeptic, or a soul on the edge, understand this: I work at the place where spirit and nervous system meet. I map the invisible forces that twist your thoughts, flood your emotions, and bend your reality—and I help you take that ground back. My work is not theory. It is intervention. If you are tired of being dragged by storms you don’t understand, you are in the right place. I can help you find your footing in both worlds.

Ancestral practice, modern care.
I don’t fix people. I help them take back territory they were taught to abandon..
I work with individuals, veterans, couples, and families who are done pretending they’re “fine.” No crystals for show, no clinical distance—just grounded, trauma-aware practice rooted in Celtic–Norse ancestral understandings. Together we go straight to the machinery underneath your life: the storms in your Mood Ring, the stories sunk in the Well of the Self, the surge in the Horn of Feeling, and the Me Gate where you’ve been signing agreements you never meant to make.
My honor is to stand with you at that gate.
To help you name what’s yours and what isn’t.
To break pacts with shame, fear, and inherited despair.
To give you plain tools for hard moments and clear maps for tangled feelings—so when the next wave hits, you know where your footing is.
If you’re tired of coping and ready to reclaim your inner ground, this is where the work begins.
How we work
- Start — a brief assessment and clear goals
- Stabilize — breath, boundary, daily ground, and language for what you feel
- Remember — lineage work and ethical ritual that honors your ancestors and mine
- Belong — circle, accountability, and leadership in your own life
What to expect
Grounded ritual. Straight talk.
Practices you can use this week—in the kitchen, at the job, in the midnight hour—plus a visual framework that shows you why your reactions feel so strong and where you actually have room to choose differently.

From idea to on-air.
I build shows that carry a signal: clear format, clean sound, steady cadence. Strategy first, then gear and workflow that won’t crack under real life.
Behind the mic, I’m still doing the same work: holding space where people can speak honestly about trauma, faith, lineage, emotion, and what it means to find your way home to yourself.
What I do
- Show Development — concept, run-of-show, guest pipeline, editorial pillars
- Production & Engineering — studio setup, signal flow, remote kits, recording/post

- Distribution & Growth — publishing rhythm, simple analytics that matter

Mark doesn’t float off into abstraction. He brings ancestral language right down into the kitchen table moments—panic at 2 AM, hard conversations, the heaviness that won’t name itself. His ‘well of the self’ and ‘horn of feeling’ framework gave me the first clear map I’ve ever had for what my emotions are actually doing.

Byron M
Podcast Host & Producer
Interviewing Mark felt less like hosting a guest and more like sitting with a village elder who knows how smartphones work. He tells stories that land in your chest, then hands you simple, precise practices: a breath, a phrase, a way of seeing your anger that doesn’t make you wrong for having it. My listeners still quote him back to me.

As a therapist, I’m picky about spiritual teachers. Most either ignore trauma or drown it in poetry. Mark does neither. He honors the nervous system, respects the ancestors, and gives my clients pictures they can remember when everything goes sideways. The Me Gate alone has changed how I talk about choice and emotional responsibility.
